Project Overview:

This was a tenant improvement conversion project of one large space, into two separate retail spaces. Which included some interior rework of existing storefront, as well as new interior storefront addition to that exterior storefront, and new storefront exterior storefront installed into new saw cut openings.

Challenges:

One of the challenges was that the existing storefront rework required the automatic door opening to be reworked and relocated to a new location within the opening.

Solutions Provided:

We provided the customer with new 2” X 4-1/2” bronze, center set mullions fitted with 1” insulated glass units made up of tempered ¼” clear / ½” air spacer / ¼” clear lites with Solar ban 70 LowE coating; along with reusing as much of the customers’ existing mullions & glass as possible to provide the new look and aesthetic the customer was looking for and be the most cost effective.
